Land-based yellowtail farmer, The Kingfish Company, successfully completed its private placement Wednesday with a total transaction of NOK 535.5 million (€50.2 million/$59.2 million).

The company allocated 26,042,000 shares at a price of NOK 20.50 (€1.92/$2.26) per share.

Among the marquee investors in the placement are Norwegian investor Oystein Stray Spetalen, Salmar owner and CEO Gustav Witzoe's investment group Kverva, ex-Salmar CEO Leif Inge Nordhammer and ex-Kverva CEO Helge Moen.
