Kangamiut Holding, the parent company of Danish exporter Kangamiut Seafood, among others, managed to successfully navigate the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, offsetting lost sales at foodservice with increased sales at retail.
Kangamiut Holding owns over 20 subsidiaries, the bulk of which are involved in sourcing and selling frozen seafood worldwide. Its subsidiaries are spread across Denmark, the United Kingdom, France, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and China, and include Kangamiut Seafood, Alimex Seafood A/S, North Atlantic Seafood, Danmarin, and Northcoast Seafoods among others.
