Legend Holding wholly-owned Joyvio will kick off the takeover of Chilean salmon farmer Australis by June 27, Australis said in a notification to the Chilean securities market commission (CMF).
All the conditions in the purchase agreement between both groups are now met, and Joyvio is obliged to starting the agreed takeover of up to 100 percent of the company’s shares at a price of $0.135 (€0.12) per share.
