The Australian subsidiary of one of the world's largest meat producers has entered an agreement to purchase 100 percent of the shares in Australian salmon producer Huon Aquaculture Group.
Huon has entered into a scheme implementation deed with JBS under which it is proposed the meat behemoth will pay AUD 425 million (€266 million/$314 million) for full control of the company at a price of AUD 3.25
