Norwegian salmon giant Mowi's share price remained stable through January, following a major name change and global rebranding effort.
The company's share price on the Oslo Stock Exchange increased slightly from NOK 184.90 (€19.14/$21.91) on Jan. 2 to NOK 188.95 (€19.56/$22.39) on the closing of Jan. 31. The company's shares have been quoted on the Oslo Stock Exchange with the name and ticker MOWI since Jan. 2.
Mowi, previously known as Marine Harvest, has seen significant positive growth in its share price throughout the year, jumping around 40 percent from this time last year.
