German frozen seafood giant Frosta said its results are "back on track" despite costs stacking up from the coronavirus pandemic.

Earnings after taxes doubled in 2020 to €25.1 million ($30.7 million), while sales grew 5.4 percent during the fiscal year to €552 million ($675 million).

The company also reported its seventh year of double-digit (23.3 percent) brand growth, based on Nielsen figures, as at-home frozen food consumption boomed.
