US seafood supplier Fortune International has acquired a new cold storage facility in Alabama.

The company announced Tuesday it purchased Theodore, Alabama-based CCT Logistics, a 68,000-foot cold storage facility.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sean O’Scannlain, Fortune’s CEO, told IntraFish Wednesday the company purchased the cold storage facility to better serve US Gulf state customers, and provide more logistical support for the entire Fortune Fish and Gourmet network.

The company's Fortune Fish and Gourmet Gulf States division will operate out of the CCT facility.
