H2 Equity Partners, the private equity backer of Dutch salmon smoker Foppen Groep, is hiring Rabobank as an advisor and will be reviewing its options in regards to a potential sale, the company confirmed to IntraFish.
However, "we have not started a sale process," said Gert Jan van der Hoeven, founder and managing partner at H2 Equity Partners, adding "Foppen is doing really well with its strong focus on its specialties."
