One of the original shareholders of UK salmon smoker John Ross Jr. sold her shares in the company to PRFoods, giving the Estonian company 100 percent ownership.
The original deal, whereby PR Foods acquired a majority stake in John Ross Jr. and Coln Valley Smokery was given shareholder approval on July 19 and gave PRFoods 85 percent ownership.
In a later development, Jennifer Leigh exercised the option to sell her shares, with PRFoods paying her £1.9 million (€2.1 million/$2.4 million).
