Beleaguered former Bumble Bee CEO Chris Lischewski voluntarily resigned from his director's role on the American Seafoods board, IntraFsh confirmed late Thursday afternoon.
Earlier in the day, IntraFish reported Lischewski was no longer listed as a director of the company in financial disclosure documents released by the company on Thursday.
In that Notice of Exempt Offering of Securities, which the US government requires private companies to file when declaring exempt offerings of securities, Lischewski is not listed as a director of the company.
