Ferd-owned Norwegian investment company Broodstock Capital is selling its stake in Danish recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) supplier Billund Aquaculture Holding, while retaining the Norwegian part of the business.
The investment firm sold all its shares in Billund Aquaculture Holding to the Sorensen family, the company's founders who co-own the group together with Broodstock Capital.
At the same time, Billund Aquaculture has sold all its shares in the Norwegian subsidiary to Broodstock Capital.
