Seafood software firm Maritech Systems, which is owned by Broodstock Capital Partners, has acquired 100 percent of Iceland-based Sea Data Center, which specializes in seafood market insights.
Sea Data Center is a provider of global market data and analysis for fisheries and aquaculture.
In 2019, Maritech became the majority owner in the company. “Together we are bringing together a unique set of market intelligence and benchmarking tools,” said Oddvar Husby, vice president of data science at Maritech.
