A fresh block of Norway Royal Salmon shareholders said Thursday they will accept the offer from Norwegian aquaculture conglomerate NTS, in a move that gives NTS more than 50 percent of the shares in the group and puts an end to rival bidder SalMar's efforts to acquire the company.
The group of shareholders, which include Egil Kristoffersen & Sons, informed the board that it will accept the NTS offer of NOK 240 (€23.10/$27.20) per share by the end of day Thursday.
