Benchmark, the global aquaculture genetics, health and specialist nutrition firm, is hoping to list on Oslo’s Euronext Growth market next month, it announced Wednesday.
Additionally, the company said it is contemplating a private placement and retail offering in Norway, representing in aggregate 5 percent of its issued share capital, in connection with the proposed listing.
Earlier in 2022, the company, which is currently listed on the AIM Market in London, decided to pursue a listing on the Oslo exchange so it would have access to “a unique financial aquaculture ecosystem and global base of specialist sector investors and analysts."
