Similar to its Norwegian counterparts, Faroese salmon farmer Bakkafrost also saw its earnings nosedive in the fourth quarter of 2020 as COVID-19 continued to wreak havoc in its main markets.
Overall the group posted a 78 percent drop in operating earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) in the quarter of DKK 88.5 million (€11.8 million/$14.4 million).
