Australian yellowtail kingfish producer Clean Seas Seafood successfully completed its AUD 25 million (€16.1 million/$19.4 million) share placement on Thursday as part of its planned listing on the Oslo Euronext Growth market.
The placement saw “very strong demand” from new and existing institutional investors and directors, the company said.
Norwegian seafood conglomerate Hofseth will be brought on as a minority investor through the placement.
