The founders and board members of land-based salmon farming group Atlantic Sapphire announced a third round of share purchases Monday, once again hoping to show confidence in a stock which has taken a battering lately.

The founders of Atlantic Sapphire and a board member snapped up a total of NOK 3.59 million (€357,329/$429,366) in additional shares in the group on Monday.

Founders Johan Andreassen, CEO and chairman of Atlantic Sapphire's board, and co-founder and interim COO Bjorn-Vegard Lovik purchased 20,000 shares at a share price of NOK 89.70
