Investors were shaken by Oslo-listed land-based salmon farmer Atlantic Sapphire's mortality event on Saturday, sending the company's share price down by over 16 percent within hours of trading, wiping millions off the value of the group.

Atlantic Sapphire's shares fell to NOK 93.40 (€9.00/$9.97) on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 11:30 am Monday, bouncing near that level until it closed at NOK 93 ($9.98/€8.95).
