Atlantic Sapphire's board of directors is expected to ask shareholders for a salary increase at the company's next ordinary general meeting (OGM) June 11.
"The company's current remuneration practices for the board of directors are lower than Norwegian market practice, and significantly lower than US market practice," it wrote in the agenda for its OGM.
