Aqua-Spark, a Netherlands-based global investment fund focused on sustainable aquaculture, almost doubled its assets under management in 2021, according to its latest impact report.

In 2020, the fund had just under €160 million ($161 million) in assets under management (AUM) but in 2021 this figure reached nearly €300 million ($301.9 million).

Aqua-Spark’s total cumulative invested capital in 2021 also increased more than 50 percent to nearly €160 million ($161 million), compared with roughly €105 million ($105.7 million) in 2020.
