The run of initial public offerings in the seafood sector continues, with Norwegian cod farmer Statt Torsk announcing plans to list on Oslo's Euronext Growth by April 21.

The group successfully raised NOK 115 million ($13.5 million/€11.4 million) in an oversubscribed private placement.

The company offered 46 million shares for the price of NOK 2.50 ($0.29/€0.25) per share, attracting strong interest from Norwegian "quality" investors.
