Angulas Aguinaga, the parent company of Spanish seafood brands La Gula del Norte, Krissia and Aguinamar, has acquired Copesco & Sefrisa, a supplier of salmon and cod products and owner of the Royal and Summumm brands.
The deal is part of Angulas Aguinaga's strategic plan to double its turnover in the next five years.
Copesco & Sefrisa, founded in 1853, supplies smoked salmon products, refrigerated cod and fish roe into the Spanish market.
