German processor All-Fish and Namibian processor Seawork are to collaboratively take over the shareholding of south German seafood importer Intercont effective March 1, 2020.
All-Fish is a German seafood trader whose biggest products include frozen cape hake, black tiger, vannamei and deep-see shrimp as well as pike perch and pangasius.
All-Fish is also shareholder and founding member of Seawork in Walvis Bay, Namibia, and markets and distributes Seawork products in Europe.
Seawork operates two production facitilies in Namibia for cape hake, kingklip and monk, processing around 25,000 metric tons annually.
