Norwegian company Acca on May 24 purchased a total of 22,000 shares in Akva Group, at a value of NOK 71 (€7.60/$8.50) per share.
At the same time, firm Elo acquired 17,000 shares at the same price, bringing the total value of the transactions to around NOK 2.8 million (€298,320/$333,995).
Acca is co-owned by Akva CEO Hallvard Muri and Anne Britt Muri, while Elo is fully owned by Akva CFO Simon Nyquist Martinsen.
