The Russian government will subsidize 20 percent of the costs towards building or upgrading feed plants in the country in a bid to reduce the aquaculture industry's reliance on fish feed imports.
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the new support measure which will come into effect in 2023.
