Peruvian fishmeal and fish oil producer Tasa expects to see stable production and sales for the foreseeable future.
"We have been steady in the last five years, and I think we will continue that way," Tasa CEO Gonzalo de Romana told IntraFish.
Depending on quotas, generally speaking Tasa produces between 220,000-240,000 metric tons of fishmeal, and 40,000-45,000 metric tons of fish oil.
Tasa, which has 48 vessels, doesn't plan to go beyond these levels, because of quota rules governing companies and vessels.
