Danish restaurant chain Sticks'n'Sushi will open its first restaurant in Germany later this year, and is eying a long-term expansion to Austria and Switzerland, Kim Rahbek, co-founder and CEO at the firm, told IntraFish.
The company, which started with its first restaurant in 1994 and has since opened 14 more in Copenhagen and London, has chosen Berlin as its first location to enter the German-speaking markets in central Europe.
If everything goes according to plan Sticks'n'Sushi will launch in fall in the German capital.
