Six seafood industry workers in the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska and one other seafood industry worker in Bristol Bay tested positive for coronavirus on July 14, according to data published by the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services.

The seafood workers are not residents in Alaska and the companies they work for were not disclosed in the COVID-19 case update.

The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in the seafood industry has now passed the 700 mark since the onset of the pandemic.
