Last week, I stumbled across a very interesting figure that should get the industry thinking about how it markets its seafood and how it could get closer to that elusive number.

According to a consumer study conducted for the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) in Germany, three out of five consumers in Germany would pay up to 18 percent more for sustainable fish.
