United States-based fast casual seafood chain Captain D's reintroduced its Captain's D-Lites menu featuring entrees under 500 calories in January, just as millions of Americans are making New Year's resolutions to eat healthier.

Available through Jan. 24, the D-Lites menu offers Blackened Tilapia, Wild Alaskan Salmon, Lemon Pepper White Fish, Shrimp Skewers or Surf and Turf, all served on a bed of rice with steamed broccoli and green beans or a side salad.

"At Captain D's, we believe that eating healthy doesn't have to mean eating tasteless boring food or that it should break the bank to get a meal that's good for you," said Jason Henderson, head chef and vice president of product innovation at D's.
