Việt Úc Group opened a high-tech pangasius farm in Vĩnh Hòa Commune, in the Mekong Delta, reports Vietnam News.
The farm covers more than 100 hectares, has a capacity to farm 1 billion pangasius fingerlings per year and was built with a solar energy system to provide electricity.
The company will start selling fingerlings by April 2019.
Việt Úc is the only company in Việt Nam using high-tech software to monitor fish and producing analyses with the software, allowing it to select breeds with the best genetic material.
