Despite “very challenging pricing” and oversupply, especially on sea bream, Selonda is looking ahead at a “very bright” future, CEO Mihalis Panagis told IntraFish.

“I’m very optimistic,” he said. “We’re increasingly penetrating the European and North American markets. But I do wish for a more balanced demand and supply picture.”

After integrating Dias into Selonda in 2016, the group now has production volumes of more than 31,000 metric tons -- making it one of the largest producers in Greece.
