Activist Tavish Campbell took drone footage of a broken salmon pen on Mowi's British Columbia-based Robertson Island farm, following a fire that occurred at the site over the weekend.
The site, held roughly 21,000 fish, according to Mowi Canada West CEO Diane Morrison.
The company recently told IntraFish hazardous winter weather conditions are making the situation challenging.
All the rivers in the surrounding area are being monitored, the company said.
