What's it like to be working toward sustainable salmon aquaculture for two decades? WWF Senior VP of Food & Markets Jason Clay said it's actually been a promising -- even surprising -- transformation.
Clay was one of the key architects in developing the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) salmon aquaculture standards, and continues to coordinate work in the sector.
IntraFish spoke with Clay last month in Seattle at the Seafood Summit.
