Norwegian salmon farmer SalMar has chosen Icelandic tech company Valka to install a new salmon grading and packing system for SalMar's InnovaNor processing plant in Lenvik in Troms Norway.

The new system by Valka has a processing capacity of up to 200 fish per minute.

According to the release, the salmon farmer aims to build "the world's most effective salmon factory," with reduced production costs and increased productivity.
