Two salmon workboats belonging to Norwegian salmon farmer Alsaker Fjordbruk sunk in Alesund, on the country's western coast, on Friday following extreme weather conditions.
Tronds Marine Service carried out the rescue operation one day after the incident with the support of its crane barges and tugs, press contact Kristian Rasberg told IntraFish.
The company is now investigating the reasons behind the event, Rasberg said.
