Trout to the top: New land-based project aims to build ‘cornerstone’ industry in Norwegian mountains

Upstream Aqua wants to turn a mountainside in Norway’s Hallingdal region into a 9,000-metric-ton land-based trout farm with near-zero emissions and almost 100 new jobs.
