Land-based yellowtail producer The Kingfish Company increased its sales and revenue per kilo during the second quarter as it continues to execute its expansion plans.

The Dutch-based company reported sales of €5.6 million ($6.2 million) and €14.80 ($16.7) in revenue per kilo, an increase of 14 percent and 19 percent, respectively, compared with the same period last year.

The company sold 377 metric tons of fish during the period, a similar amount as same quarter last year.
