Thai Union and Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CP Foods), two of Thailand's largest shrimp producers, have moved to reassure customers amid news of an outbreak of COVID-19 at Thailand's largest seafood market.
Tens of thousands of people are being tested in the country after hundreds of cases have been linked to its biggest seafood market.
It has locked down Samut Sakhon, the coastal province near the capital Bangkok, home to the market which employs mostly migrant workers from neighbouring Myanmar.
