Singaporean land-based salmon project signs design agreements

The company aims to produce 1,000 metric tons of salmon by 2025 with potential to expand this further in order to fulfil the country's strategic food sufficiency target.

Singapore RAS's CEO Esben Johnsen, with a background in energy project management, joined Singapore RAS from his role as executive director at Blum Energy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Before that he held multiple positions over 33 years at Shell in the Netherlands, Malaysia, Oman, Thailand, Singapore and Nigeria.
