Scottish salmon farmer Loch Duart announced Friday it acquired a fish processing facility previously owned by Thai-Union backed The Edinburgh Salmon Company in Dingwall on the Black Isle.
This is the first time in the company’s 21-year history, it has bought a fish processing facility.
"The future aim is to provide the company with greater flexibility and control than ever before," it said.
