The integration of Salmones Magallanes into AquaChile is now complete, and the multi-merger with Los Fiordos and Friosur under the Agrosuper umbrella has begun to shake up the structure of the acquired companies.
Salmones Magallanes CEO Juan Manuel Galmez -- who was also the main shareholder of Salmones Magallanes prior to the sale -- is departing.
CFO Jorge Torrejon is also stepping down, sources told IntraFish.
The integration process between the two companies has been ongoing for the last eight months and now all of Salmones Magallanes' production, operational, administrative and commercial activities are run by AquaChile.
