Russian Fishery Company (RFC) CEO Fedor Kirsanov has stepped down amid structural changes in the company's operations.

General Director Victor Litvinenko, who previously led the Far East division, will take over as the new top executive, RFC Corporate Communication Director Evgeniya Tsymbal told IntraFish.

The move comes after the company moved its main office from Moscow to Vladivostock, closing down its Far East division as part of an efficiency drive.

RFC inked a deal in September with fisheries agency Rosrybolovstvo securing quotas for the construction of new trawlers and a coastal plant.
