A Norwegian boycott of Russian goods could affect the importation and exportation of tens of thousands of metric tons of fish from Russian trawlers, impacting the trade flow of key whitefish such as cod and haddock.

According to Norges Rafisklaget, the Norwegian fishermen's sales organization, through the first seven weeks of this year, 7,848 metric tons of fish have been landed in Norway from foreign vessels, worth NOK 148 million (€14.9 million/$16.7 million).
