Planning committee rejects Mowi’s application to expand Scottish salmon farm

Mowi initially applied to the Highland Council for permission to increase production at the site by 25 percent to 3,100 metric tons.

Mowi said it was disappointing by the outcome, particularly given the application received no objections from all statutory science bodies and that the planning officials had recommended the application for approval.
