Maxim Vorobyov, the main shareholder and owner of Inarctica, Russia’s largest Atlantic salmon and trout producer and formerly known as Russian Aquaculture, has offloaded his 23 percent stake in the company to its management.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Vorobyov’s share in the authorized capital of Inarctica decreased to less than 24 percent.

Additionally, since the beginning of 2022, Vorobyov has not been a member of the company's management.

Maxim Vorobyov is the brother of Moscow regional governor Andrey Vorobyov, and a large player in Russia’s aquaculture industry.
