Chilean salmon producer Nova Austral is planning a push for its premium lines in its major markets in the United States, Europe and Asia, a top executive at the group told IntraFish.
Nova Austral announced last week that it sealed a joint venture with Salmones Austral-owned Trusal to produce up to 19,000 metric tons worth of salmon in the Magallanes region through 2022.
