Norwegian cod farmer Norcod is appointing new board members as it prepares to migrate from the Euronext Growth market to the main Oslo Stock Exchange.

Aquaculture veterans Trine Danielsen and Renate Larsen will join the board. Current board chairman Marit Solberg and board members Boe Spurre and Tore Tonseth, will are not seeking re-election.
