Leroy Seafood Group is planning to plow NOK 1 billion (€97 million/$118 million) into building additional recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) post-smolt facilities in Vestland, Norway, "which may also be used for salmon production up to harvest size."
The plan is to develop the facility in three stages.
