Norwegian land-based farmer Salmon Evolution has officially appointed Trond Hakon Schaug-Pettersen as its new CEO.
Schaug-Pettersen has held the position of interim CEO since October 2022, after Hakon Andre Berg stepped down.
He joined Salmon Evolution as chief financial officer in October 2020.
Before joining Salmon Evolution, Schaug-Pettersen served more than four years as senior vice president of finance and business development at salmon farmer and processor Hofseth International and, prior to that, nine years as an investment banker at Swedbank/First Securities.
